พัฒนาการของชาวโซโลมอน
ตั้งแต่ ปลายเดือนธันวาคม ที่ผ่านมา มีชาวโซโลมอนที่มาร่วมนั่งสมาธิเพียง 3คน จนกระทั่งพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อได้เริ่มเล่าถึงประวัติของประเทศโซโลมอน ทำให้พวกเขาไปบอกกันต่อ จนมีชาวโซโลมอนอยากมาขอนั่งสมาธิเพิ่มขึ้น ผมจึงบอกให้มาที่ Office ทุกวันพุธ แต่หลังจากนั้น พวกเขาก็มาถามทุกวันว่า "วันนี้จะมีนั่งสมาธิอีกไหม" จนต้องเปิดห้องให้นั่งสมาธิทุกวัน ในช่วงพักเที่ยง ก่อนเข้างานช่วงบ่าย
First Priority
ตอนนี้ ผมเข้าใจว่า ความหมายจริงๆของสมาธิก็คือ การทำความสะอาดใจ (to clean the Heart) จากสิ่งไม่ดีทั้งหลาย ผมคิดว่าการนั่งสมาธิควรจะเป็น First Priority (ให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับแรก) ที่มนุษย์ทุกคนควรทำตลอดเวลาทุกๆวัน เป็นประจำเพราะแม้คุณจะมีเงิน คุณก็ทำความสะอาดใจไม่ได้ แต่สมาธิสามารถทำได้
